The reduced range of functions and the intuitive pushbuttons and adjustment wheels allow you to quickly spot game and make quick decisions. Contrast, brightness, automatic light and screen calibration are adjusted just as quickly as switching between the three color modes White Hot, Black Hot and Only Red is done.

The display turns on immediately (start-up time is 2 seconds) and turns off again when idle. This results in two advantages at once: When not in use, there are no distracting light sources to scare off game. The Li-ion battery is used in an energy-efficient manner, resulting in a battery life of eight hours (in continuous operation).
