Tool Sharp Ken Onion Edition: Sharpening knives quite simply and quite sharply - even for high-quality knives! The knife guide has been changed, the sanding belt has become wider (but the old sanding belts can also be used!) and is available in finer increments. The housing of the knife sharpener is made of high-quality cast aluminium (the predecessor was made of plastic).
